great place to get a propane tank filled, or tools and not have to deal with a big box store.

This traditional neighborhood hardware store is the best place to shop for both price and convenience. They cut keys, assist with plumbing projects, have everything you need to maintenance your home and garden. Don’t shop the big box stores when you can get great customer service from a locally owned shop!

I’ve been going there for years. Try to support local smaller businesses. Everyone always very friendly and knowledgeable. The owner will go out of his way to help you. Lady at checkout always smiles and Thanks you. To me this still says a lot about what people think of their customers Small businesses should make a comeback, but all these big box stores make this difficult. The difference of the 2 is customer service. Too many businesses nowadays forget this. Thanx Stanford’s

Stanfords is a great hardware store. When you go to the superstores there is never anybody to help you. Not so here, employees are there to help you find whatever you are looking for. Talk about a fast trip to the hardware store. Sometimes I've been in and out with my purchase in nearly the time it takes to walk through a superstore parking lot. You people who work at this store are super heroes. Thank you for your kind helpfulness.
